It all started simple at the Minneapolis Farmer’s Market, where Rick and Marcella first introduced Ezparza to the world by selling handcrafted concrete tables. Their eye for detail and unique aesthetic quickly caught the attention of locals, leading to a natural evolution into custom commissions and countertops. However, the true turning point came when they shifted their artistic focus toward creating stunning, one-of-a-kind concrete floors. This transition redefined their craft, and they haven’t looked back since, continuing to transform spaces with a signature style that is entirely their own. 

Today, that legacy continues with a new generation. Alaina, Rick and Marcella’s daughter, has stepped into a lead role to help drive the business forward, bringing fresh energy and a deep respect for the proprietary techniques her parents pioneered. While Marcella has transitioned into a well-deserved "Grandma duty" era, she remains a pillar of support for the team, ensuring the family’s signature touch is present in every project. Together, Rick and Alaina continue to transform spaces, proving that while the projects have grown in scale, the family-run heart of Ezparza remains unchanged.
